I love theme-based parties! We have many events that we can throw a party with, but you can also go for colour-themed or something-themed parties, too. 4 of us got together and arranged 9 afternoon tea menu. All the portions are small and only a few steps to cook or prepare.

When you arrange them on a 2-tier tray, voila! A casual home-made afternoon party starts.

The menu included below;

Mango smoothie
Coconuts milk, chia seeds and fresh mango parfait
Mango sago
Mango puree with mascarpone cheese
Mango salsa
Mango and herb marine
Mango, prosciutto with coconuts form
Mango and feta cheese
Mango pizza

Again, the portions are all small but they were all satisfying!

The shell tray and pretty lace table cloth are my friends’. I don’t usually use such sweet motifs but they are not too bad! I guess the way I arranged these by lines tell my bit manish character ;)

I really enjoyed such half-demonstarion type party as I tend to either arrange such table all by myself or be invited to such parties. We do putluck parties on and off but this time we also did a quick cooking together.
